Bulbs are not warranted and the Solarium’s are only covered by warranty if the bulbs are purchased from us.

Items may need returning to us for repair work if the item is deemed faulty however if the item has been miss used or damaged then all costs for collections and delivery and repairs will be charged. Payment will need to be made in full prior to delivery. We recommend that the Solarium’s are kept clean with a damp cloth (never on the bulbs) so dust doesn’t collect on top of the units creating a cover over the products as this will eliminate your warranty.
